Customized Cable Ordering Guide

2. Select:

2.6 Input wire length (cm). If no special reason, keep the length no less than 15cm, as in some case the cable will lose some flexibility if too short.

Note:

*: The parts show grey and can’t be selected are out of stock.

*: For the blade fuse holder, the build in wire is 10AWG, about 30cm. There will be a splicer for the cable longer than 30cm.

*: The fuse holder is default to close to connector B, about 25cm. If need different location, please send me an email with the order detail.

Note:

*: For some connector A, the branch wire can be crimped into the terminal directly, and then the maximum wire section area will be provided. Please try to make the total wire within this range, or a splicer will be used.

*: For the connector not suitable for multi wire, splicer will be used.

4. Select shipment method, normal, express or pick up.

2. For multi items order, please select self-pickup for the 2^nd item and following ones to save cost.

5. Anderson plug handle

We can also provide red Anderson plug handle if the cable include Anderson plug. Just in input Anderson plug number handle if need (default number 0). We will select the handle according to the plug size.

In the cart, there will be pdf document about the order details. This file will also be sent to customer’s email once the order completed.

Note:

*: In some case this file maybe not visible because of the browser setting as following picture. And the pictures are also not shown in the down load order detail. Don’t worry, I can still see the order details from text. It’s also appreciate if customer can keep screen copy about the order and send us with email.

8. Check out

8.1 Click the button PayPal

8.2 Login PayPal to finish the payment, or

8.3 Select Try another way and select the preferred method to finish the payment.

9. Customer will receive an email confirmation about the order.

Special note:

1. Select the suitable wire size. A voltage drop per Amp will be provided for each cable. The system voltage drop can be calculated by multiply it with the maximum current. Make sure that within allowed range is ok, and don’t need the bigger wire to add unnecessary cost.

2. Only select fuse if need. If the system already has current limiter, for example most solar controller, the fuse is not necessary.

3. The fuse rating should be 1.1~1.25 times of the system current.

4. Check the polarization of connectors, to make sure the polarization of each line keep same with system. For examples, if the Solar panel connector is connected with the MC4 in solar panel, the “+” pin should be put in negative line as it will fit with the “-” one from solar panel.

5. For the solar controller, the output connectors will be put into the sequence of connection 1, 2 and 3.
